Troubleshooting

Question: When I try to activate PLDA, I get an error message "Internet connection failed"

Solution: In Acrobat preferences turn off Protected Mode
and Enhanced Security in the Enhanced Security settings.
This will allow Adobe Acrobat to run third-party plugins, such as PLDA.
